A brief introduction to the faces behind the names here, Doug and Ian are sons of Arthur Charles and Jean Isabel Hoschke (nee Graham), who was a son of Frederick Amandus.

• Doug & Margaret Hoschke – Doug is the third son of Arthur Charles.  Doug and Margaret still reside in the Orara Valley and are very involved in local events & groups such as the Orara Valley Fair, Rivercare and the vintage machinery club.  They are a wealth of knowledge on the history of the Valley, where Doug has resided all his life.

• Ian Hoschke – Ian is the fifth and youngest son of Arthur Charles, and Doug’s younger brother.  He is retired and lives in Sydney.  He has been supplied with many interesting documents / photos from the early days but there many gaps.  Similarly part of the family tree is documented.

• Kylie Hoschke – Kylie is a ring in, married to Doug and Ian’s nephew Tony!  Kylie and Tony have raised their family in the local Coffs area, and love living and working here.
